Our community and neighbors can all visit this site. We hope you enjoy using our site to see calendars, photos, and other information. Our Troop has been on the National Charter for more than 65 years. Our sponsor is Ashville Kiwanis. They have provided us with this website to share all of our fun activities with you. We give them much gratitude for providing it. Our members are from local schools within Pickaway County. Our members come from Cub Scout Packs 744 and Pack 159, all within our area. We have over 25 members that participate over the whole year and over 15 Adults and Parents that help us. There is always help needed, even if it is just coming in and joining the Board. We are very active in our community and local church. We attend several Camporees and a Summer Camp every year. We also plan at least 1 campout a month, during the hotter months we have 2 events a month. We have been going to Canada, every year for the past ten years. Other activities we do, are hikes, parades, and Veteran and Church functions. We have other events throughout the whole year, such as, Yearly planning, game night, and Court of Honors. If you’re a boy that is 10 and 1/2 half years old, a Webelos II member , or have completed 5th grade and are interested in joining our Troop, Contact Scoutmaster, Tom Leach. Don’t forget that your parent/guardian must sign an application. |
